Fondaline S
A high specification standard grade material utilising the latest air gap technology.
Fondaline S is ideal for external excavations, forming a resilient barrier against ground water pressure. It protects basement and foundation damp-proof coatings from
impact damage during excavation back filling, and then provides added protection from ground movement, and assists in effective site drainage.

Fondaline Plus
A new and improved quality of material, that embodies the proven tough performance of Fondaline S, with a higher material and jointing specification.
The introduction of a plain edged side lap to the roll, when used in conjunction with double-sided sealing tape on the flat laps and rope on the studded section and around
pipe openings, creates a system resistant to aggressive vapour ingress.
Fondaline Plus is therefore ideal for a wide range of external and internal applications, ranging from flooring base layers to independent damp-proof linings to panel wall
and ceiling finishes. Indeed it is hard to find a damp proofing application for which Fondaline Plus is not suited.

Fondaline Drain
Provides drainage and aeration to the excavation of exterior foundation or basement walls. The Fondaline Plus material is supplied with an
extremely tough Geo-textile membrane overlay. When installed, this creates an exterior drainage channel providing an important element in site land drainage provision.
It gives added protection to the water proofing coating from contact with ground water, and should be used in areas of high incoming water flows as found on sloping ground.
Fondaline Drain can also be supplied in a double studded configuration. Full details available on request.

Fondaline Render
Designed to allow the plastering of basement and damp affected walls with cement/plaster rendering. The mesh provides a keyed surface to ensure
excellent retention of wall rendering.
Manufactured in translucent material, it allows for the accurate placement of fixings and washers into brick joints.
Fondaline render, by creating and air gap to the damp affected wall, stabilises damp vapour pressure, and assists in the drying out of the wall.

Fondaline Foam
Formed by adding a PE foam underlay to Fondaline Plus, this material provides ideal floor insulation. Fixing specification is the same as for
Fondaline Plus in flooring installations but the addition of the foam provides increased insulation against sound transmission through the floor as well as improved thermal
insulation.
